THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
tenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred
and sixty-six, the whole of the estate and effects of
the said William Henry Clayton were vested in the
said Joseph Sykes Webb, his heirs, executors, and
administrators, upon certain trusts for the benefit of
all the creditors of the said William Henry Clayton,
which trusts are set forth in the said rule; upon
production of the said rule and upon consideration
of the matter, it is hereby ordered that the said
William Henry Clayton be discharged and released
from his debts, liabilities, and engagements as
specified in his said schedule.
Dated the twenty-second day of December, one
thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.
