in the "Forms of Certificates of Efficiency" published
in the Volunteer Regulations, in Gazette No. 11 of
the 3rd February, 1866, viz.:—

"In the first line of paragraph 3 of Form A., and
in the first line of paragraph 2 of Forms B. C. D.
and E. strike out the asterisk and insert the word
"twelve" between the words "the" and "months;"
and in the foot-notes to each of the above Forms
omit the whole of the first line."
