Race Company, Registered," under the provisions
of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act,
1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—
- The name and style of the Company is "The
Ida Valley Water Race Company, Registered." - The place of operations is at Manorburn and
Blacks, Manuherikia. - The nominal capital of the Company is eight
thousand pounds, in three hundred and twenty
shares of twenty-five pounds each. - The amount already paid up is nine hundred
and thirty pounds. - The name of the manager is Andrew Wood.
- The registered office of the Company is at

Assembly at the ensuing session thereof, for leave to
bring in a Bill to better define the trusts under
which certain lands within the Province of Otago,
specified in the Schedule hereunder written, are now
held and administered by trustees for religious and
educational purposes in connection with the Presby-
terian Church of Otago, and to make further and
better provision for the administration and manage-
ment thereof:
And notice is hereby given that copies of the said
Bill will be deposited in the Private Bill Office within
fourteen days after the commencement of the said
session.
