SCHEDULE above referred to.

All that piece of land situate at Okarito, on the
West Coast, Province of Canterbury, containing by
admeasurement 13 acres, more or less, and known as
Native Reserve No. 18, bounded towards the North,
1600 links, by a public street or road; towards the
East, 1300 links, by a public street; towards the
South, 1960 links, by a public street; and towards
the West, 443 links, also by a public street.

Report adopted this 23rd day of February, 1866,
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the Colony.

We, the undersigned, the owners of the Reserve
at Okarito, West Coast, Province of Canterbury, have

I, ALEXANDER MACKAY, a person duly ap-
pointed in this behalf under the provisions of
"The New Zealand Native Reserves Act, 1856,"
hereby certify and report that I have ascertained
that the aboriginal inhabitants entitled to the piece
or parcel of land described in the Schedule hereunder
written, have assented that the said piece or parcel of
land shall be subject to the provisions of the said
Act.

As witness my hand this 24th day of January,
1866.

Province of Canterbury, containing by admeasure-
ment 400 acres, more or less, and known as Native
Reserve No. 24 on the plan of the said district,
bounded towards the North by the River Hokitika;
towards the East, 4000 links, by Crown land; to-

48,000 links, by Crown land; and towards the West,
4000 links, by highwater mark.

Report adopted this 23rd day of February, 1866,
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the Colony.
