PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in the
eighteenth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen
Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act, 1854,"
the following name of an OFFICIATING MINISTER
within the meaning of the said Act is published for
general information:---

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of Births
Deaths and Marriages in New Zealand, do hereby
certify that the foregoing NAME of an OFFICIATING
MINISTER, within the meaning of "The Marriage
Act, 1854," has been sent in to me in addition to the
names in Lists published in the New Zealand Gazette,
No. 3, of the 31st of January; No. 12, of the 8th of
April; No. 13, of the 25th of April; No. 18, of the
31st of May; No. 22, of the 27th of June; No. 23,
of the 11th of July; and No. 27, of the 24th of July,
in the present year.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this
twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-five.

NOTE. This Notice is republished in consequence of an
error in the one published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 30,
of the 9th of August, 1865, page 246.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand: Otago and
Southland District.

In the matter of the petition of Thomas Dick, of
West Taieri, in the Province of Otago, store-
keeper, debtor; and in the matter of "The
Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."

UPON reading the petition of the said Thomas
Dick and the affidavits thereunto annexed, and
upon hearing Mr. Barton, of counsel for the said
petitioner, it is ordered that the Registrar of this
Honorable Court, for and on behalf of the said
petitioner, do forthwith convey, assign, and make
over all his real and personal estate and effects unto
John Reid Mackenzie, of Dunedin, in the Province
of Otago, banker, upon trust, for the collection and
conversion into money of the said estate and effects,
and the distribution of the net proceeds pro ratá, and
subject to existing legal priorities (if any), amongst
such of the creditors of the said petitioner as shall
duly prove their respective debts by affidavit filed in
the office of the Registrar, at Dunedin, within the
space of three calendar months after the date of the
registration of the said deed in this Court; and it is
further ordered that the further hearing of this
matter do stand adjourned to Friday next, the
eleventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred
and sixty-five.

In the matter of the petition of James Lounie and
Edward Burnie Garvin, trading in co-partnership
as "Lounie and Co.," of Dunedin, in the Province
of Otago, contractors, debtors; and in the
matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act,
1862."

UPON reading the petition of the said James
Lounie and Edward Burnie Garvin, and the
affidavits thereunto annexed, and upon hearing Mr.

Barton, of counsel for the said petitioners, it is
ordered that within the space of seven days from the
date of this order, or within such extended time as
this Court shall hereafter order or direct for that
purpose, the Registrar of this Honorable Court for
and on behalf of the said petitioners, do convey,
assign, and make over all their real and personal
estate and effects unto George Murray, of Dunedin,
merchant, and Robert Paterson, of same place,
merchant, upon trust for the collection and con-
version into money of the said estate and effects, and
the distribution of the net proceeds pro ratá, and
subject to existing legal priorities (if any) amongst
such of the creditors of the said petitioners as shall
duly prove their respective debts by affidavit filed in
the office of the Registrar at Dunedin within the
space of three calendar months after the date of the
registration of the said deed in this Court..

Lazarus, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago,
merchant, a debtor, and in the matter of "The
Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."

UPON reading the petition of the said Samuel
Solomon Lazarus, and the affidavits thereunto
annexed, and the affidavit of Alfred S. Lazarus,
sworn in this matter on the first day of August
instant, and upon hearing Mr. Barton, of counsel for
the said petitioner, it is ordered that the Registrar
of this Honorable Court in the name and on behalf of
the said petitioner, do forthwith convey, assign, and
make over all the real and personal estate and effects
of him the said petitioner, unto James Alexander
Walcot and George Turnbull, both of Dunedin,
merchants, upon trust for the collection and con-
version into money of the said estate and effects,
and the distribution of the net proceeds pro ratá, and
subject to existing legal priorities (if any) amongst
such of the creditors of the said petitioner as shall
duly prove their respective debts by affidavit filed in
the office of the Registrar at Dunedin within the
space of three calendar months after the date of the
execution of the said deed.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership
heretofore existing between us the undersigned,
JAMES SINCLAIR and ARCHIBALD PAISLEY STUART,
as merchants and commission agents in a business
carried on in Blenheim, in the Province of Marl-
borough, under the firm or style of "James Sinclair
and Co.," was, on thirtieth day of June, eighteen
hundred and sixty-five, dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due and owing to the late firm are to be
paid to the said James Sinclair, and all debts due and
owing by the late firm are to be paid by him.
Witness our hands at Blenheim, this twenty-
second day of August, eighteen hundred and
sixty-five.
