THE following Section (30) of "The Native Lands
Act, 1862," is published for general informa-
tion :-
Section Thirty of "The Native Lands Act, 1862."
XXX. "Every contract, promise, or engagement,
for the purchase, lease, or occupation of any Native
Land, or of any interest therein, made prior to the
issue of a certificate of title under this Act, shall be
absolutely void, and no action shall be maintained
for the recovery of any monies or other consideration
paid or given thereon."
