SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of
the Supreme Court, for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the
Court House, Queen Street, Auckland, on
TUESDAY, the first day of March next, at
eleven o'clock in the forenoon; and that the
said Sitting, immediately upon the opening
of the Court will be adjourned until eleven
o'clock of the forenoon of TUESDAY, the
twenty-second day of March next, at the
Court House aforesaid, at which time and
place all persons under Recognizance to
appear as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Wit-
nesses, are hereby requested to give their
attendance.

NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-
mentioned Warehouse is no longer a
Warehouse under the 11th Clause of the
"Customs Regulation Act, 1858," for the
reception of Goods under Bond,
A Stone and Brick Building situated in
Vulcan Lane, once in occupation of Messrs.
Owen and Graham, and known as "Owen
and Graham's Warehouse."
