THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

NAME of an OFFICIATING MINISTER, within
the meaning of "The Marriage Act, 1854,"
has been sent in to me, in addition to the names
in Lists published in the New Zealand Ga-
zette, No. 2 of the 23rd of January, No. 5
of the 14th of February, No. 12 of the 25th
of March, No. 14 of the 21st of April, and
No. 28 of the 11th of July, and No. 31 of
the 22nd of July of the present year.

Pound per share will be payable at the places
mentioned below, on THURSDAY, the
Twenty-first day of January, 1864:-

BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.

A Special General Meeting of the Pro-
prietors of this Bank, held this day, at
the Banking-house, in Queen-street, Auckland,
it was unanimously resolved "That the Direct-
ors be empowered to call up the remainder of
the capital of the Company by calls of One
Pound per share, payable at intervals of not
less than six months."

In accordance therewith, the Directors here-
by give notice that the Sixth Call of One

Land Claimants' Office,
Dunedin, 10th July, 1863.

I, WILLIAM HENRY CUTTEN, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the
Ordinance No. 15, Session 11, of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New
Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons claiming title thereto, from, through,
or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims of the persons whose names
appears in the Schedule hereunder, having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do
hereby decide that the said persons are respectively entitled to the Crown Grants set against
their names in the said Schedule.
