Notice of Bonding Warehouse at Inver-
cargill.
NOTICE is hereby given that the building
hereinafter particularized and described
has been duly approved and appointed in
accordance with the 11th section of the
"Customs Regulation Act, 1858," to be a
Warehouse for the securing of goods under
Bond for the payment of Duties of Customs :
A wooden building belonging to Smith,
Nelson & Co., situated on section 20, block 1,
Town of Invercargill, and fronting to Dee-
street.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-
mentioned Warehouse has been duly ap-
pointed and approved under the 11th clause
of the "Customs Regulation Act of 1858," for
the reception of goods under Bond:
An iron and timber building situated on the
North side of Bridge-street, facing a right of
way, or street, leading into Trafalgar-street,
known as
Davis's Bonded Warehouse.

I, JOHN BOYLE BENNETT, Regis-
trar of Joint Stock Companies for the
Provinces of Auckland and Hawke's Bay, in
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify
that I have Registered a Memorandum of
Association, with Articles of Association,
establishing a Company (with limited liability
of the shareholders therein), entitled,
"The Southern Cross Quartz Mining Com-
pany, Limited,"
the objects of which are "the working and
"mining of number four claim, Driving Creek,
"Coromandel, in the Province of Auck-
land, known as Kelly's Claim now the
property of the Company, and such other
"Claims and shares of Claims as the Company
"may from time to time acquire, and obtaining
"or extracting Gold therefrom either with or
"without machinery, and by any and every
"practicable ways and means that may be
"deemed expedient:"-
And that in pursuance of the provisions of
"The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I
have issued a Certificate of Incorporation of
the said Company, bearing date this seventh
day of July, one thousand eight hundred and
sixty-three.
