This 29th day of August, 1862, I have examined and allowed this account as correct,
pursuant to the Act, and do order the balance or sum of four hundred and forty-one pounds
eleven shillings and fivepence be paid forthwith to John Twigger, of Rugby, Herbalist, as heir
at law of the deceased, or to his certain attorney.
