WHEREAS it is provided by " The
Coroners Act, 1858," that it shall be
lawful for the Governor from time to time to
define the districts within which Coroners shall
have jurisdiction. Now, I, Sir George Grey,
do hereby define the District of Taranaki to
be the Province of Taranaki within the said
Colony.

the Supreme Court for the despatch of
Criminal Business will be holden at the Court
House, Queen-street, Auckland, on Monday
the first day of June next, at eleven
o'clock in the forenoon; and that a sitting for
the despatch of Civil Business will be holden
at the Court House aforesaid, on Monday, the
eighth day of June next, at eleven o'clock
in the forenoon, at which times and place all
persons under recognizance to appear as pro-
secutors, defendants or witnesses are required
to give their attendance.
