Resignation of J. Newman as Provincial
Auditor.

JOSEPH NEWMAN, Esq.,
has informed the General Government that on
the 4th October, 1862, his resignation of the
office of Provincial Auditor of the Province of
Auckland was forwarded to the Speaker of the
Provincial Council of that Province.

Office at Weatherstone has ceased to be
a Money Order Office.

Whakatane, in the Bay of Plenty, de-
ceased intestate.

P URSUANT to the rule of this Honorable
Court, the Creditors of the above-named

January next, to come in and prove their Debts
before Thomas Outhwaite, Esquire, Regis-
trar of the said Court, at his office in the
Court House, Queen street, Auckland; or,
in default thereof, they will be peremptorily
excluded from all benefit arising from the said
Estate.
