"The Joint Stock Companies Act 1860," I
have issued a Certificate of Incorporation of
the said Company, bearing date this fifteenth
day of September, One Thousand Eight Hun-
dred and Sixty-two.

Auckland, September 23rd, 1862.

I, JOHN BOYLE BENNETT, Registrar
of Joint Stock Companies within the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify that
I have registered a Memorandum of Associa-
tion with Articles of Association establishing a
Company (with limited liability of the Share-
holders therein), entitled

"THE AUCKLAND QUARTZ CRUSHING AND
GOLD MINING COMPANY LIMITED,"

the objects of which are "the crushing of
Quartz and Gold Mining at Coromandel, with
the working, purchasing and leasing of Claims
as the said Company may from time to time
determine, and the doing all such other things
as are incidental and conducive to the attain-
ment of the above object":---

And that, in pursuance of the provisions of
"the Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I
have issued a Certificate of Incorporation of
the said Company bearing date this twenty-
third day of September, One Thousand Eight
Hundred and Sixty-two.

of Joint Stock Companies within the

ciation establishing a Company, (with limited
liability of the shareholders therein), en-
titled-

THE NELSON AND MARLBOROUGH COAST
STEAM NAVIGATION COMPANY (LIMITED).
-the objects of which are, -" furnishing Steam
Communication for the conveyence of Passen-
gers and goods between Nelson and Marl-
borough, Motueke, Collingwood, the West
Coast and other ports and places in connection
with them, and doing all such other things as
are incidental or conducive to the attainment
of the above objects":-

And that, in pursuance of the provisions of
"The Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860," I
have issued a certificate of Incorporation of the
said Company, bearing date this sixth day of
October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty
two.
