In the Estate of John Fahey, late of Auck-
land, diseased Intestate.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable
Court, the Creditors of the above-named
Intestates are, on or before the fifteenth day
of December next, to come in and prove their
debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esq., Registrar
of the said Court, at his office, in the Court
House, Queen-street, Auckland, or in default
thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from
all benefit arising from the said Estate.

Bonding Warehouse Licensed.

Custom House, Lyttelton,
April 2nd, 1862.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-
mentioned building at the Port of
Timaru has been duly approved and appointed,
in accordance with the 11th section of the
Customs Regulation Act, 1858, to be a ware-
house for the securing of goods under Bond
for the payment of duties of Customs.

An iron building belonging to Mr. John
Henry LeCren situated on the Government
Reserve at the Northern corner of Strathallen-
street, in the town of Timaru and fronting on
the Beach.

Bonding Warehouse Licensed.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Building
situate in Palmerston-street, Riverton,
the property of Messrs. Surman & Crerar,
merchants there, has been duly licensed and
approved under the "Customs Regulation Act,
1858," as a temporary general warehouse for
the reception of Goods under Bond.

I, JOHN BOYLE BENNETT, Registrar
of Joint Stock Companies within the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify that
I have registered a Memorandum of Associa-
tion, with Articles of Association, establishing
a Company, (with limited liability of the
Shareholders therein), entitled
"THE KOWAI COAL COMPANY, LIMITED,"
the objects of which are, "first, the expendi-
ture of such sums, not exceeding Two Thou-
sand Five hundred Pounds, as may be necessary
for investigating the extent and value of Coal
fields situate on land near the river Kowai in
the Province of Canterbury, now the property
of Issac Brentnall Sheath, Esquire, and second-
ly for the purpose of working the said Coal
Fields":—
