GOVERNOR'S ORDERS.
No. 15.
Appointing Port of Onehunga.
By His Excellency Colonel THOMAS
GORE BROWNE, Companion of the
Most Honorable Order of the
Bath, Governor and Commander-
in-Chief in and over Her Ma-
jesty's Colony of New Zealand
and its Dependencies, and Vice-
Admiral of the same, &c., &c., &c.

IN exercise of the power in me for this
purpose vested by the "Customs Regula-
tion Act, 1858," I, Thomas Gore Browne,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand,
do hereby appoint that on and from the day of
the date hereof, there shall be within the
Province of Auckland a Port to be called the
Port of Onehunga, the limits whereof shall be
as follows:-The Town site of Onehunga and
"The waters of Manukau Harbour inside of a
line drawn from the Island of Paratutai to the
South Head."

general information:-

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of
Births, Deaths, and Marriages in New Zea-
land, do hereby certify that the foregoing
NAMES of OFFICIATING MINISTERS, within
the meaning of "The Marriage Act, 1854,"
have been sent in to me, in addition to the Names
in Lists published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 6 of the 31st of January, No. 15 of the
21st of March, No. 19 of the 17th of
April, No. 20 of the 23rd of April, and No.
21 of the 3rd of May, and No. 37 of the 6th
August, in the present year.

Laird v. Hunter.

PURSUANT to an order of the Supreme
Court wherein the Plaintiff sues on be-
half of herself and all others the next of kin of
Robert Tyfe who shall come in and contribute
to the expenses of the said suit made in the
above cause.
