I, John Sharp, Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the above is a true and faithful Return of all Balances paid by me into the Treasury of the
Colony of New Zealand, at Nelson, from the 1st day of April, to the 30th day of June, 1861, (both days inclusive,) on account of Deceased Persons' Estates officially administered by me.

of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and

Zealand Company, report that the claims

duly referred to me for investigation, do
hereby decide that the said persons are res-
