IT is hereby notified that the Native Title
has been extinguished over the blocks of
Land whereof the boundaries are mentioned or
described in the Schedule hereunto annexed.

S C H E D U L E.
PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND.
District of Kaipara, Oruawharo Block,
Estimated area, 30,000 Acres.
Boundaries-
Commencing at Takapau at Oruawharo,
thence up the Oruawharo river to the Mainene
stream, following the course of the Mainene
stream to Pukerewarewa, thence along Mr.
Wilsons survey line bearing by compass 16°
48', 17,950 links, to Tahekeroa to the Topuni,
thence up the Topuni stream till it reaches the
Mangawai survey line, thence along that boun-
dary line bearing as follows:-88°, 38,535
links to Papawi; 2° 30', 28,500 links to
Pukemero; 10°, 26,520 links; 65° 50',
6874 links; 21° 30', 3175 links; 47° 50',
16,215 links; to Hauhaunganui, 45° 50',
39,220 links to Tangiteruru, 28° 0', 8430
links to the Kakaho stream, thence in a north-
erly direction along the coast line to Te wheau
it then follows the survey line, 30° 47', 8500
links, 71° 40', 1810 links, to Takapau where
the boundaries meet.
A portion has been left out or reserved
namely Paraheke being a wahi tapu. The
boundaries commence at Opu, thence along the
bank of the Oruawharo to Waiahiwa and Wha-
rehine, thence along the survey line, 2° 25',
8032 links, 47°, 5205 links, 19°20', 13,355
links, 32° 30', 4487 links, to Opu, where the
boundaries meet.
PROVINCE OF HAWKE'S BAY.
District of Hawke's Bay.
NORTH RUATANIWHA BLOCK.
Estimated area—130,560 acres,
Boundaries-
On the North, the Otaranga, Aorangi, and
Puahanui Blocks; on the East, the Manga-
arangipeke, Puahanui, Maraekakaho, and Ha-
puku Blocks; on the South, the Waipawa
river; and on the West, the top of the Rua-
hine Range; with the exception of the Native
Reserves hereunder described, and delineated
on the accompanying plan, viz.:
700 acres, General Reserve, as shown on
the accompanying plan, tinted red.
200 acres, to be conveyed by Crown Grant
to Ropata Te Waeriki, adjoining the above,
also tinted red on the accompanying plan.
1150 acres, being sections numbered from 1
to 12 inclusive, tinted yellow on the accompa-
nying plan, to be conveyed by Crown Grant to
certain Natives named in the Deed of Sale,
dated 27th June, 1859.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been
pleased to direct that the Township in
the Province of Marlborough, heretofore known
as Beaver, be for the future named
BLENHEIM,
and be referred to accordingly in all Official
Documents.
