P URSUANT to the provisions of an Act
of the General Assembly of New Zealand,
passed in the eighteenth year of the reign of
Her Majesty Queen Victoria, and entitled
"The Marriage Act, 1854," the following
Names of OFFICIATING MINISTERS, within the
meaning of the said Act, are published for
general information:—

United Church of England and Ireland.

Free Church of Scotland,
The Reverend GEORGE BROWN.

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar-General of
Births, Deaths, and Marriages in New Zea-
land, do hereby certify that the foregoing
NAMES of OFFICIATING MINISTERS within the
meaning of "The Marriage Act, 1854," have
been sent in to me, in addition to the Names
in a List published in the New Zealand
Gazette, No. 4, of the 26th of January
in the present year.

Given under my hand, at Auck-
land, this sixth day of
February, 1860.

SUPREME COURT.

N OTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of
the Supreme Court, for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court
House, Auckland, on Thursday, the first day
of March next, at ten o'clock in the fore-
noon; and that a Sitting for the despatch
Civil Business will be holden at the Court
House, on Wednesday, the seventh day of
March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon,
at which times and place all persons under
recognizances to appear as prosecutors, defend-
ants, or witnesses, are required to give their
attendance.

I, Thomas Outhwaite, Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the above is a true and faithful Return of all Unclaimed Balances belonging to
Deceased Persons' Estates administered and paid by me into the Treasury of the Colony of New Zealand at Auckland from the 1st day of October to the 31st day of December, 1859.

Made and declared at Auckland, this 16th day of January, 1860, before me,
GEORGE ALFRED ARNEY, C. J.

I certify that on the 31st day of December, 1859, the sum of £129 6s. 1d. stood to the credit of the abovementioned Estate, in account with the Colonial Treasurer.
