CUSTOMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that a portion of
the Building lately erected as a Custom
House at Mongonui, has been licensed under
the 11th Section of the "Customs Regulation
Act, 1858," as a Queen's Warehouse for the
reception of Goods under Bond, and that the
following scale of charges is approved :-

A TRUE and PERFECT SCHEDULE of all UNCLAIMED BALANCES of DECEASED PERSONS' ESTATES, administered by THOMAS OUTHWAITE, Esquire, Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, as Official Administrator, and paid into the Colonial Treasury of the Colony of New Zealand, at Auckland, from the 1st day of April to the 30th day of June, 1860.

VICTORIA, by the Grace of God of the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen,
to Henry Holmes of the City of Auckland, settler,
and Ellen Holmes of the said City of Auckland,
spinster, and each of you, Greeting: Whereas an
action has been commenced in the Supreme Court of
the Colony of New Zealand, wherein Alfred Buckland
is Plaintiff, and Thomas Holmes is Defendant, And
whereas it has been made known to us that there are
monies and personal property belonging to the said
Thomas Holmes now in the hands or in the custody or
under the control of you the said Henry Holmes and
Ellen Holmes, We command you that you do not sell
or otherwise dispose of or part with the said monies
and personal property of the said Thomas Holmes
or any part thereof, until the further order of our said
Court shall be made known to you.

Witness George Alfred Arney, Chief Justice
of Our Supreme Court of the Colony of
New Zealand, the twenty-third day of
June, One thousand eight hundred and
sixty.

This Writ was issued by Robert William Wynn, of
High-street, Auckland, Solicitor for the above named
Alfred Buckland.
