IN pursuance and in exercise of the power
vested in me by the "Militia Act, 1858." I, THOMAS GORE
BROWNE, the Governor as aforesaid, do hereby
vary the month appointed for the preparation
of the Militia List for the current year, under
the said Act, for the Militia District of Wai-
rarapa, and do appoint and order that such
List shall be formed in the manner provided by
the said Act in the month of July, in the
present year.

brand's Point, Port Phillip, is published for
general information.

Gellibrand's Point Lightship.
With reference to the notice of 26th July,
1859, published in the Government Gazette,
(Victorian), intimating an intended change in
the nature of the Light exhibited on board the
light-ship off Gellibrand's Point, the attention
of masters of vessels and others is invited to
the notice hereunto attached.

CHANGE OF LIGHT.
Masters of vessels and others navigating
Port Phillip Bay are hereby informed that a
White Revolving Light will, on and after the
9th of June next, be exhibited from sunset to
sunrise on board the Gellibrand's Point Light-
ship, in lieu of the two fixed lights at present
shown there.
