Pukohiwi, thence in a westerly direction
through the forest to the Kuripuni stream,
thence up the stream to the bridge, thence to
a trigonometrical station of Captain Smith's
and on in a straight line to the outer or south
point of Mr. Donald's fence, thence in a
straight line to a point 1540 links due north of
the Waihirere, being the point of commence-
ment.
A section of a hundred acres is reserved for
Ngatuere Tawhao, at the Pukohiwi within the
above boundaries.

CUSTOMS-COMMISSIONER'S ORDER,
No. 3.
WHEREAS by the Seventeenth (17th)
Section of an Act of the General
Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The
Customs Regulation Act, 1858," it is enacted,
that the Commissioner of Customs may order
and direct in which ports or places goods
cleared for drawback, or from the warehouse,
shall be carried or waterborne to be put on
board any ship for exportation-or goods
carried or waterborne from any importing ship
to, or to be landed at, any wharf, quay, or
other place, shall be so carried or waterborne
only by persons authorised for that purpose by
license of the Commissioner.
Now, therefore, I, the Commissioner of
Customs, in exercise of the power in this be-
half given me by the herein before in part
recited, Act do hereby order and direct, that
from and after the First day of February, One
thousand eight hundred and sixty, the Ports
of Auckland, Wellington, and Lyttelton, shall
be Ports in which goods cleared for drawback,
or from the warehouse, shall be carried or
waterborne to be put on board ship for exporta-
tion, and also goods carried or waterborne from
any importing ship to, or to be landed at any,
wharf, quay, or other place, shall be so carried
or waterborne-only by persons authorised for
that purpose by license of the Commissioner.

this sixth day of December, in the
