PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of
the General Assembly of New Zealand,
entitled "the Marriage Act, 1854," the follow-
ing additional list of OFFICIATING MINISTERS,
within the meaning of the said Act is published
for general information.

ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.
The Reverend Walter McDonald.

WESLEYAN METHODIST SOCIETY.
The Reverend Jonathan Innes.

CONGREGATIONAL INDEPENDENTS.
The Reverend Jonas Woodward.

I, JOHN B. BENNETT, Registrar General, of
Births, Deaths, and Marriages, for New Zea-
land, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a
full and correct list of all Names of Officiating
Ministers for 1856, which have been duly sent
in to me, in addition to the Names in the Lists
published respectively on the 25th of January
and the 19th of March last, in the New "Zea-
land Government Gazette."

Given under my hand at Auckland this 17th
day of April, 1856.

CORRECTION.—In the list of Officiating
Ministers of the United Church of England and
Ireland which appeared in the Government
Gazette, on the 25th of January last, for "the
Reverend J. Bradley "read the Reverend R.
R. Bradley.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW
ZEALAND.

IN the Estates of John Commons, of Auck-
land, John Kingdon, of Papakura, Horatio
John Saxby, and George Curtis, of Waiheki,
Malcolm Brown, of Wangarei and George Bates,
of Auckland, deceased intestates.

Pursuant to the Rule of this Honorable
Court, the creditors of the above named Intes-
tates are, on before the twenty-seventh day of
June next, to come in and prove their debts
before Laughlin O'Brien, Esq., at his Office in
the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, or,
in default thereof, they will be peremptorily
excluded from all benefit arising from the said
Estates.
