dent Magistrate's Court Ordinance, Ses-
sion 7, No 16, I hereby select and appoint the
undermetioned Aboriginal Natives to be Asses-
sors for settling disputes, along with the Resi-
dent Magistrate for the Bay of Islands District,
that is to say, -
MITAI PENE TANI, of Hohaiawai.
MAIHI PARAONE KAWITI, of Orauta.
TE HIRA TE NGANOPO, of Waihou, Hokianga.
