SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby giving that a Sitting of
Supreme Court for the despatch of
Criminal Business will be holden at the Court
House Auckland, on Friday the first day of
June next at ten o'clock in the forenoon, and
that a Sitting for the despatch of Civil busi-
ness will be holden at the Court House, on
Thursday, the seventh day of June next, at
ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which times
and place all persons under recognizance to
appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses
are required to give their attendance.
