HIS Excellency the Governor has been
pleased to direct and appoint that at the
ensuing Elections in this Province for the
Superintendency, the House of Representatives,
and the Provincial Council, there shall be
additional polling places in the undermen-
tioned districts, viz.:-

SCHEDULE OF ADDITIONAL POLL-

NORTHERN DIVISION.

At such convenient place at the North Shore
as shall be specified by the Returning Officer.
At Henderson's Mill.
At Maxwell's Station.
At Maurice Kelly's Station, on the Wade.
At Coley's Station, Big Muddy Creek.
At the Resident Magistrate's Station, Kai-
para.
At Walton's Station, Kaipara.
At Deacon's Inn, Kaipara landing place, at
the head of the Waitemata river.
At Henry's Station. Titirangi.
At the District Surveyor's Station, Mahu-
rangi.
At John A. Brown's Saw Mill, Mahurangi.
At such convenient place on the Island of
Kawau as shall be specified by the Returning
Officer.
At Henry's Inn, Wangarei.

At Cafler's Station, Wangarei.
At Skelton's Station, Matakana:

NOTICE is hereby given that at the ap-
proaching elections for the Superintenden-
cy, Provincial Council and House of Represen-
tatives, the Polling places for the North Shore
and the Island of Kawau will be as follows:-

Island of Kawau.... Mr. Beeger's residence,
Momona Bay.

passed by the Legislative Council of New
South Wales regulating the exportation of
Gunpowder and Warlike Stores, should be pub-
lished for general information.

AN ACT to continue for a further limited
time the Act of Council regulating the
Exportation of Gunpowder and War-
like Stores. [Assented to, 22nd August,
1855.]

WHEREAS it is expedient to continue for
a further limited time the Act of
Council passed in the ninth year of her Ma-
jesty's reign, number six, regulating the ex-
portation of Gunpowder and other Warlike
Stores, subject to the restriction thereof to
such Gunpowder and Warlike stores, and such
Vessels, as may be shipped and cleared out for
