HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to
be notified for general information,
that pursuant to the provisions of an Act to
grant a Representative Constitution to the
Islands of New Zealand 15 and 16 Victoria,
a Commission has been issued to the under-
mentioned gentleman calling him to the
Legislative Council of the General Assembly

HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to
be notified for general information that
the undermentioned gentleman having re-
turned to the Colony, a Commission has again
been issued to him, pursuant to the provisions
of an Act to grant a Representative Constitu-
tion to the Colony of New Zealand, 15 and
16 Victoria, calling him to the Legislative
Council of the General Assembly,
