We do hereby certify that the within written rules and regulations have been
made by the Trustees of the Nelson Trust Funds, and that the particulars therein
contained are correctly set forth.

LICENSING AMENDMENT ACT, 1854.

No. 5.

AN ACT for amending an Ordinance passed by the Governor and
Legislative Council of New Zealand for Regulating the sale of
Fermented and Spirituous Liquors.

(Assented to 14th September, 1854.)

WHEREAS under an Ordinance passed by the Governor and
Legislative Council of New Zealand in the second Session of
the same Council, entitled "An Ordinance for regulating the Sale
of Fermented and Spirituous Liquors," persons who shall sell
Fermented and Spirituous Liquors, not being duly licensed ac-
cording to the provisions of such Ordinance are made liable to the
penalties therein mentioned; and all liquors exposed for sale in
any house or premises not licensed according to the provisions of
such Ordinance are declared to be forfeited.
