—THOMAS CLEGHORN, of Tamaki, settler.
100 acres, One hundred acres, situated on
the road to the Tamaki; bounded on the east
by the Government boundary line and extend-
ing across the lake, and on the north by the
high road.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chiefs Te Reweti, Paora, Te Hira,
and Rawati.
Consideration—£5 cash; 3 cloth cloaks,
£6; 3 pair trousers, £4 10s.; and 1 new
silver watch, £5.
Case No. 15. Pre-emption Certificate Nos.
119 and 226.— WILLIAM WILLIAMS, of
Tamaki, settler.

400 and 300 acres, Four hundred and three
hundred acres; bounded on the north-east by
the Manakau beach, on the north by a back
line of Mr. Hamlin's farm, and on the west by
Mount Smart and a range of scoria.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chiefs William Hobson and Te
Mania.
Consideration—£50.

—DAVID GRAHAM, of Auckland, storekeeper.
100 acres, One hundred acres, situated near
Waiatarus, on the south side of the Tamaki
road, and bounded on the west by land bought
by Mr. Robinson, on the south by land bought
by Cretnay, and on the east by land bought
by Mr. Cleghorn.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chiefs Paora and Reweti.
Consideration—goods and cash £14 4s.
