Auckland, 9th March, 1847.

THE SUBURBAN LANDS advertised for Sale in the Government Gazette, by Proclama-
tion, dated the 15th December, 1846, having, in pursuance thereof, been submitted to
public competition, the undermentioned Lot was sold to the party named, and the price
affixed has been received. The remaining Lots were withdrawn, no offer having been made at
the upset price.

for sale by the above Proclamation, the Lots were respectively withdrawn.
