CROWN GRANTS.

THE undermentioned Deeds of Grant are
now lying at this Office ready for deli-
very, and His Excellency the Lieutenant-Go-
vernor directs it to be notified, that a fee of
twenty shillings will be charged for each Deed,
according to the "Fees on Crown Grants'
Ordinance," Session 7, No. 11.
In cases where it is impossible for the
Grantee to attend in person to receive his
Deed, it will be delivered to the bearer of an
authority according to the subjoined form,
certified by a Magistrate, or by a Solicitor of
the Supreme Court.
