Land Commissioner's Office,
Auckland, 6th February, 1847.

HENRY MATSON, a Commissioner ap-
pointed for examining and reporting on
all Claims to Land under the Proclamation of
the 26th March, 1844, do hereby notify, that
I will investigate the under-mentioned Claims
at the Council Chamber, on Thursday, the
18th day of February, 1847, at ten o'clock in
the forenoon.

The Cases will be heard in the order in
which they stand in the following List, and all
parties interested are hereby summoned to be
in attendance with their documents and wit-
nesses.

Case No. 8. Pre-emption Certificate No. 10.
-GEORGE GRAHAM, of Auckland, gentleman.
40 acres, Forty acres, situate on the south
side of the Tamaki road, near Mount Hobson.
Alleged to have been purchased from the
native chiefs Jabez Bunting, William
Walker, and Aparahama.
Consideration-£68 10s.

Case No. 9. Pre-emption Certificate No. 27.
-GEORGE GRAHAM, of Auckland, gentleman.
33 acres, Thirty-three acres; bounded on
the Epsom road. 53 links by a line the boun-
dary of land belonging to E. Meurant, bear-
ing by compass north 57° 54' east, 10 chains
10 links; by a line the boundary of land be-
longing to E. Meurant, bearing north 7° 51'
east, 5 chains 75 links; by the Tamaki road,

in a south-easterly direction, 27 chains 92 links;
by a line the boundary of land belonging to
Mr. O'Neil, or Rutherford, bearing south
42° 20' east, 10 chains 30 links; by a line
the boundary of Rutherford's, bearing south
80° 40', east 2 chains 40 links; by a line the
boundary of Rutherford's, bearing north 3° 15',
east 5 chains 33 links; by the Tamaki road,
21 chains; by a line the boundary of P. Kunst,
bearing south 77° 38', west 5 chains 20 links;
by a line across Mount Hobson, bearing 87°
40' east, 12 chains 88 links; by a line bear-
ing north 25° east 9 chains 19 links; by a
line bearing north 74° west, 5 chains 40
links; by a line bearing north 69° west, 25
chains 50 links to the Epsom road, contain-
ing 73 acres.
Alleged to have been purchased from Jabez
Bunting, William Wallas, and Apara-
hama.
Consideration-as under Pre-emption Cer-
tificate No. 10.

Case No. 10. Pre-emption Certificate No. 54.
-GEORGE GRAHAM, of Auckland, gentleman.
8 acres, Eight acres; bounded on the north
by a line across the Crater, 12 chains 88
links; on the east by lands of P. Kunst and
McKonnochy; on the south by lands of
Mr. Dilworth; and on the west by a line
across the Crater.
Alleged to have been purchased from Jabez
Bunting and Aparahama.
Consideration-£12.
