Zealand, and Governor of the
Provinces of New Ulster and
New Munster, and Vice-Admiral
of the same, &c., &c.
I, THE GOVERNOR of the Province of New
Ulster, do hereby proclaim that at
eleven o'clock on Tuesday, the twenty-eight
day of March, one thousand eight hundred
and forty-eight, the Colonial Treasurer will
put up to Auction, at the Treasury, in Auck-
land, the undermentioned allotments of land,
hereby declared to be within the limits of
settlement.
Immediate payment in cash to be an in-
dispensable condition of sale.
