SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a sitting of
the Supreme Court for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court
House, Auckland, on Wednesday, the first day
of December next, at Ten o'clock in the Fore-
noon, and that a sitting for the despatch of
Civil Business will be holden at the Court
House on Tuesday, the seventh day of De-
cember next, at the hour of Ten o'clock in
the Forenoon, -at which times and place all
persons under recognizances to appear either

DISSOLUTION of PARTNERSHIP
THE Partnership hitherto existing between
C. J. STONE and J. A. LANGFORD, as
Timber Merchants, is this Day dissolved by
mutual consent.
