Auckland, 12th January, 1847.
THE TOWN LANDS advertised for Sale in the Government Gazette, by Proclamation,
dated the 18th November, 1846, having in pursuance thereof, been offered to public
competition on the 30th day of November, 1846, the under-mentioned Lots were sold to the
parties named, and the prices affixed have been received. The remaining Lots were with-
drawn, no offer having been made at the upset price.
