TENDERS for the Supply of the following
Articles, for the Auckland Police, will
be received at this Office, until Twelve o'clock
of Thursday the 28th instant.
Sixty Pairs Blue Cloth Trowsers.
Sixty Blue Serge Shirts.
Sixty Forage Caps.
Sixty Grey Soldiers' Great Coats.
Parties desirous of supplying the above, or
any portion thereof, are requested to send in,
with their Tender, a sample of each Article,
and to state the price, and the earliest time when
it can be supplied. The Tender to be sealed,
and endorsed "Tender for Clothing for the
Police."

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of
the Supreme Court, for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court
House, in Auckland, on Monday, the first
day of June next, at Ten o'Clock in the
forenoon; at which time and place, persons
under recognisances to appear, either as pro-
secutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required
to give their attendance.
