On motion of the Colonial Secretary, Bill
committed, amended, and further consideration
thereof postponed until Tuesday, 17th Nov.
The Colonial Secretary moved that the fur-
ther consideration in Committee of the Land
Claims' Ordinance, be postponed until Tues-
day, 17th November.
Council adjourned at half-past 4 o'clock,
until 2 o'clock on Tuesday, 17th Nov. 1846.

TUESDAY, 17TH NOVEMBER, 1846.
PRESENT:
All the Members.

The Council met pursuant to adjournment.
The minutes of the last Meeting were read
and confirmed.

On motion of Mr. Donnelly, it was ordered
that the third reading of the Sessions of the
Peace Bill, be postponed until Wednesday,
the 16th November.

The Colonial Secretary moved the order of
the day for the consideration in Council of
the Lunatics' Bill.
Bill committed, amended, reported, and or-
dered to be read a third time on Wednesday
the 18th November.

The Colonial Secretary moved the order
of the day for the consideration in Committee
of the Land Cliams' Bill.
Bill committed, amended, reported, and or-
dered to be read a third time on Wednesday
the 18th November.
Council adjourned at half-past 3 o'clock,
until 3 o'clock on Wednesday, the 18th
November, 1846.

The Lieut.-Governor and five Members:
Absent, Mr. Domett.

The Council met pursuant to adjournment.
The minutes of the last Meeting were read
