NOTICE.

TRANSFER OF LICENSES.

A SPECIAL Meeting of the Justices for the
Town and District of Auckland, will be
holden on Tuesday, the second day of Decem-
ber, next, at the Police Office, Auckland, at
eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose
of receiving applications for the Transfer of
Publican's Licenses.

I HEREBY give notice, that I have approved
of the Warehouses of Messrs. Morrison and
Selanders, Auckland Point, and Messrs. John
Beit and Sons, Haven Road, for the free ware-
housing and securing of Goods therein, under
the 34th Section of the Ordinance of the Go-
vernor and Council, 4th Victoria, No. 3, of
1841.
