CROWN GRANTS.

Colonial Secretary's Office,
Auckland, 28th July, 1845.

THE undermentioned Deeds of Grant are
now lying at this Office ready for delivery
—and His Excellency the Governor directs
to be notified, that for every Deed not taken
up within three months after the date of this
Gazette, a fee of sixpence will be charged
for each month it may remain beyond that
period, according to the "Crown Grants Ordi-
nance," Session V, No. 3.

In cases where it is impossible for the Grantee
to attend in person to receive his Deed, it will
be delivered to the bearer of an authority
according to the subjoined form, certified by a
Magistrate, or by a Solicitor of the Supreme
Court.
