NOTICE is hereby given, that the following
persons have received Licenses to exer-
cise the business of Auctioneers in New Zealand,
until the 24th day of April, 1846.

THE under-mentioned Property, now in the
possession of the Police, at Auckland,
will be sold for the benefit of the Crown, on the
12th July next, unless sooner claimed.
One tin chest with wood case, containing the
following, viz.---
Three pairs duck trousers
One ditto drawers
Four ditto socks
One ditto stockings
One cotton handkerchief
One account book
One memorandum ditto
One frock coat, blue cloth
Thirty rounds ball cartridge_

Four and a half pairs shoes
One writing desk
One hundred feet boards
One spy glass
One tin box

THE SUBURBAN LANDS advertised for sale in the Government Gazette, by Proclamation,
dated the 27th day of February, 1845, having, in pursuance thereof, been offered to
public competition on the 27th day of March, 1845, the undermentioned Lots were sold to the
parties named. The remaining Lots were withdrawn, no offer having been made at the upset
price.
