Colonial Secretary's Office,
Auckland, 18th June, 1845.

HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to
be notified, that on and after the first
day of July next, and until further notice, the
Colonial Treasurer will be prepared to issue
large Debentures bearing interest at eight per
centum per annum, (as a first charge on the
Revenue of the Colony), in exchange for small
Debentures now in circulation.

The terms and conditions may be made known
by application at the Treasury, on or after the
first day of July next.

Auckland, 17th June, 1845.

HIS Excellency the Governor directs it to
be notified, that a Sale of Crown Lands
will be held in the last week of July next, at
which Scrip Credit granted on approved Claims
to Land will be available.

For information as to the mode of applying
for and transferring Land Scrip, parties are
referred to the Notice in the Government Gazette,
dated 26th March, 1844, p. 67.

No application can be entertained which is
received at this Office after Monday, the 21st
of July.

CROWN GRANTS.

Colonial Secretary's Office,
Auckland, 17th June, 1845.

THE undermentioned Deeds of Grant are
now lying at this Office, and will be de-
livered to the Grantees, on application, on or
after Monday next, the 23rd June.

In cases where it is impossible for the Grantee
to attend in person to receive his Deed, it will
be delivered to the bearer of an authority
according to the subjoined form, certified by a
Magistrate, or by a Solicitor of the Supreme
Court.

quired on Exchange Credits.

  1. Edward Fishwick, twenty-three acres,
    Suburban Allotment No. 13, of Section No. 9.
  2. Edward Fishwick, twenty acres, Subur-
    ban Allotment No. 145.
  3. Edward Fishwick, forty-eight acres,
    Suburban Allotment No. 59.
