Auckland, 23rd May, 1844.
THE TOWN LOT advertised for Sale in the Government Gazette, by Proclamation, dated
the 10th day of February, 1844, having been, in pursuance thereof, offered to public com-
petition on the 28th day of February, 1844, was sold to the under-mentioned individual.

- This lot sold at the upset price for £1,579, of which sum £1,239 5s. 11d. was the estimated
value of Buildings and other improvements thereon, the property of the Purchaser. The balance
£339 14s. 1d. being the price of the Land, was paid into the Treasury, on the 9th June and 9th
July, 1841.
