that the Commissioners for investigating Claims
to Land in this Colony, have reported that the
under-mentioned Claims have been withdrawn
by the Claimants.

THE following Claims, advertised in the
Government Gazette of the 29th March,
1843, for examination at Akaroa and Otako,
being situated in Cook's Straits, their investi-
gation is postponed for the present.
They will again be advertised when the exam-
ination of the Claims in that District takes place.
