N OTICE is hereby gişen that a Surveyor will
be in attendance on the days undermen-
tioned, to point out to purchasers the boundaries
of the respective Sections on the River Tamaki,
sold at the Government sale on the 1st February
last.

Thursday, Feb. 24, for Nos, 33, 34, 35, 36 & 37
Friday 25th-Nos. 30, 32, 23 & 24
Saturday 26th-Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 & 9

SUPREME COURT.

N OTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of
the SUPREME COURT for the despatch of
Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court
House, in Auckland, on MONDAY, the 28th day
of February, inst., at ten o'clock in the forenoon;
at which time and place, all persons under Re-
cognizances to appear either as Prosecutors, De-
fendants, or Witnesses, are desired to give their

to be rotified that the Sale of Town Allot-
ments advertised for the 1st proximo, will be
deferred until Monday the 7th March next, in
consequence of the Session of the Supreme
Court commencing the day previously.

pecting the conditions of sale from the Colonial
