Surveyor General's Office,
Auckland, 28th Nov. 1842.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Surveyor will
be in attendance on Monday, the 12th
December, to point out the boundaries of the
Tamaki Farms, sold on the 24th instant; and
if persons interested neglect attending on the
day above stated, any application from them on
the subject of their boundaries will not be at-
tended to.

FIVE POUNDS REWARD.

WHEREAS, the Government Blacksmiths Shop at Mechanic's Bay was broken
into on the night of the first of November, and
two Fowling pieces stolen therefrom, viz.-One
a double barrelled gun, silver mounted on the
stock, and the barrels gold mounted, makers
name on each breech "Simmons," as also a dog
in gold on the breech iron. The other a single
barrelled duck gun, brass mounted, the cock of
which had been broken and brazed. The
above Reward will be given to any person who
may within three months from the date hereof
give such information, as may lead to the Con-
viction of the Offender or Offenders.

TO IRONMONGERS.

PERSONS willing to contract for supplying
the Government with Ironmongery, Nails,
&c., of every description, for the year 1843,
commencing 1st January, are requested to send
to the Colonial Storekeeper before the 24th of
December next, a list of all articles, with prices
annexed, for which they may wish to tender.

A SPECIAL Meeting of the Justices of the
Peace for the Town and District of
Auckland, will be holden at the Police Office
Auckland, on the first Tuesday in the Month of
December next, for the Transfer of Licenses,
according to the 16th Section of "Licensing
Ordinance", V. Vict., Session II. No. 12.
