next, the Colonial Treasurer will put up to

NOTICE.
ALL Members of the Legal Profession resi-
dent in Auckland, who desire to practise
in the Supreme Court of the Colony, are requested
to attend at the Office of the Registrar of the said
Court, on Monday next, the thirty-first day of
January, 1842, between the hours of 10 and 11
o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of pro-
ducing to the Chief Justice due proof of their re-
spective qualifications, according to the provi-
sions of the Supreme Court Ordinance, Session 2,
No. 1.
