NOTICE.

N accordance with 5th Victoriæ, Session II.
No. 12, Section 16. On the first Tuesday
in the month of September next, there shall be
holden at the Office of the Chief Police Magis-
trate, Auckland, a Special Meeting of the Jus-
tices of the District, for the purpose of receiving
applications for the Transfer of Licenses.

SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a sitting
of the Supreme Court for the despatch of
Civil business will be holden at the Court House
in Auckland, on Thursday, the first day of Sep-
tember next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, and
that a sitting for the despatch of Criminal busi-
ness will be holden at the Court House on Wed-
nesday, the seventh day of September next, at
Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which times and
place all persons under Recognizances to appear
either as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses,
are required to give their attendance.

ALEXANDER MACGREGOR,
DECEASED.

ALL persons indebted to, or having any
claim upon the estate of the said Alexander
MacGregor, late of Kororarika, Bay of Islands,
New Zealand, deceased, are requested forthwith
to send the amount and full particulars thereof
to me, in order that proper acquittances for the
former may be prepared, and that the propriety
of the latter may be examined and considered;
and in default thereof, all claimants will be
peremptorily excluded from any benefits of the
said estate. Any person giving to me any
information so as to discover any at present
unknown property, belonging to the said
estate, will be liberally rewarded by the
Administrator.

NOTICE.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all
parties having any claim or claims against
the Estate of the late Captain David Salmon, of
Muttoroa, Bay of Islands, are requested to lodge
the same with Mr. Samuel Stephenson, at the
Bay of Islands, Messrs. Mason and Paton, Auck-
land, or Messrs. Hay and M'Hatty at Port
Nicholson, on, or before the 1st of November,
next; and those indebted to the said Estate, are
requested to pay their amounts to any of the
above parties, on or before the said 1st of No-
vember, or they will be sued for the same by me,
John Salmon, who have taken out Letters of
Administration to the late Captain David Sal-
mon's Estate,
