HIS Excellency the Governor, has been
pleased to appoint the undermentioned
Police Magistrates to be Treasurers of their
respective districts for the purposes of the
Ordinance of the Governor and Council, Ses-
sion 2. No. 13., entitled the "AUCTIONEER'S
ORDINANCE."

SALE OF GOVERNMENT STORES.

ON THURSDAY the 15th of September, at
eleven o'clock in the forenoon, Messrs.
Mason and Paton will Sell by Auction at the
Government Store, Auckland, a quantity of
Agricultural Implements, Horse and Bullock
Harness, Horse Medicines and other Stores be-
longing to Government. Further particulars
will be made known previous to the Sale, and
any information given on application to

of October next, the Colonial Treasurer
will put up to Auction at the Treasury, the
undermentioned portions of Land, on the terms
authorized by Government.

be obtained from the Surveyor General, and
respecting the conditions of sale, from the
Colonial Treasurer.
