ted on the western bank of the Hokianga called
Thui Tapea; bounded on the south-east by a
line running north-east by east; on the south-
west by a line running west north-west; on the
north-west by a ridge of hills running in a
northerly direction as far as a hill called Te Wadu
Wadu and from thence on the north-east by a
line running, south-east.
Alleged to have been purchased by claimant
the 2nd July, 1836, from the native chiefs
Nga Waika, Tipene and others.
Consideration: cash and goods amounting to
£34.

ning in a north-west direction.

Harris the 2nd July, 1836, through whom
claimant derivés, from the native chiefs,
