QUARTER SESSIONS.

NOTICE is Hereby Given, that Courts of
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
for the district of Auckland, in the Colony of
New Zealand, will be holden at the School House,
in Auckland aforesaid, on Tuesday, the fifth day
of October next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon,
at which time and place all Persons under Re-
cognizance to appear either as Prosecutors, De-
fendants, or Witnesses, or who may have Appeals
to interpose, or other business to transact, are
desired to give their attendance, and all others
interested, and when attendance is required are
hereby to take notice accordingly.

NOTICE.

ALL Persons having claims on the late firm
of J. A. Brown and Co., will please to send
in their Accounts for Payment to me; and all
Persons indebted to the said Firm will be pleased
to settle the same.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership
which has hitherto existed between Joseph
Aberline and David Fitzpatrick, as Traders and
General Dealers, at the Bay of Islands, New
Zealand, is this day dissolved, the said David
Fitzpatrick having failed to comply with the terms
and conditions of the co-partnership deed.
