ROBERT HENRY WYNYARD, Com-
pander of the most Honourable
Order of the Bath, Lieutenant-
Governor of the Province of New
Ulster, &c., &c., &c.
THE LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR of the Pro-
vince of New Ulster, do hereby proclaim
that at eleven o\'clock, A.M., on TUESDAY, the
11th day of January, 1853, the Resident Ma-
gistrate will put up to Auction, at Mangonui,
the undermentioned allotments of Land, hereby
declared to be within the limits of Settlement.
Immediate payment in cash to be an indis-
pensable condition of Sale.

TENDERS will be received at this office
until noon on Monday, the 20th instant,
for furnishing the Colonial Government with
the undermentioned Supplies, in such quanti-
ties as may be required, during the 12 months,
commencing on the 1st of January next, upon
the conditions hereinafter mentioned.
FIREWOOD,
At per ton, for the usual size, and also for
such as may be required to be cut and split to
a size to suit the fire-places in the public offices;
to be delivered on the beach, or to the several
public offices.
HAY, at per ton.
